I was born in Manhattan and raised in Puerto Rico and Latin America. We lived for a time in New York and my family travelled widely in South America and the USA.
I grew up in an emotional culture which is one of the reasons I’m so good at helping people through emotions and beyond them. My whole early life was a salsa, as we would say.
Like many people, I’ve taken bits and pieces from all kinds of teachers and teachings and adapted them to suit my work. The one real teacher I had was Arthur Janov in the late 60s. Janov, creator of Primal Therapy, always used to say ‘feel it’.
‘Feeling it’ has shaped my life as much as it has my work. I help people to feel with their whole body, mind and spirit. That’s when the breakthrough can happen.
After many years of travelling the world, I now live in Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
